Team Manager Customer Contracts
Are you a business- and financially driven leader seeking to make a tangible impact in an international environment? We are looking for someone who can strengthen Ejendals’ commercial administrative operations by ensuring accurate business processes and robust financial governance across global markets.
About the Role
In this role you will serve as the critical bridge between our Sales organization and the Finance department. You will take primary responsibility for driving financially sound business administration, ensuring that all commercial processes support accuracy, compliance, and profitable growth across Ejendals global operations. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining and optimizing business processes with a clear focus on financial margin control, pricing administration and contractual compliance. You will also be a member of the department’s management team.
Occasional travel is required.
Education and Experience
As our Team Manager Customer Contracts, we think you have relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field.
You are a motivating leader and team player.
Your Profile:
- Experience in leadership and team development.
- Knowledge of business administration and processes.
- Good understanding of financial KPI’s.
- Experience in international B2B environments is meritorious.
- Good system understanding in general, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with knowledge of the ERP system SAP.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are a positive and proactive team player with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You possess analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively and build collaborations within the organization.
