About the role:

This is a temporary position until February 2027

As a Senior Creative Brand Manager at Electrolux, you’ll join the Electrolux Global Brand Team at our Stockholm HQ with a clear mission: strengthen how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, bringing our purpose and values to life in ways that are consistent, inspiring, and deeply relevant to consumers.

In this role, you will act as a strategic brand architect, ensuring our brand house, VBI, and core frameworks translate into coherent, ongoing brand expression across markets. You’ll partner closely with regional and cross‑functional teams to guide the strategic narrative, ensuring global alignment while enabling local relevance.

You will shape the brand experience by grounding strategy in consumer insight, cultural understanding, and competitive context, helping the brand fit meaningfully and beautifully into everyday life. Your work will influence everything from long-term brand positioning and storytelling to the strategic direction behind content, campaigns, and consumer experiences (without owning execution).

Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work alongside Content, Consumer Insights, Experience Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, and our Commercial Areas to elevate storytelling and ensure a distinctive, consistent Electrolux point of view. With strong visual strategic literacy, you will guide visual expression and evaluate creative output to ensure it reflects our brand’s long-term direction.

Reporting to the Electrolux Brand Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand competence across the organisation, stewarding global brand assets, and ensuring our toolkits and playbooks drive coherence and creative excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, content, channels and regions using brand playbooks and global toolkits
  • Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams and Commercial Areas to create a cohesive brand experience
  • Supporting market teams with campaign and asset deployment and gathering insights for continuous improvement
  • Managing agency partners and coordinating brand‑related requests from internal stakeholders
  • Playing a key role in the global Marketing Planning process to align brand direction with market needs and rollouts

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative brand strategy within global organisations, top-tier agencies or brand consultancies
  • Visual strategic literacy: ability to guide visual direction, apply design principles, evaluate creative output and work closely with design teams to ensure strategic coherence.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, able to distil complexity into clear, inspiring narratives for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Able to apply creativity to strategic content, partner with content and creative teams to elevate storytelling, shape strategic narratives, and ensure brand expressions reflect a distinctive, consistent point of view
  • Strong partnership capability with content and creative teams to shape strategic narratives, elevate storytelling and ensure a distinctive, consistent brand point of view, without owning execution
  • Strong analytical foundation, translating consumer insight, cultural shifts and competitive dynamics into clear creative strategy recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-regional/functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Photoshop/Indesign & Visual creation tools management is a must
