Senior / Lead Roles – Connected Solutions

We are seeking experienced professionals for  CLOUD ARCHITECTURE, SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPMENT, TEST MANAGEMENT, AND UX DESIGN. This is a general role description reflecting the competencies our clients are looking for in connected solutions, enterprise systems, and innovative digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on large-scale projects to some of our big clients in the automotive industry! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead architecture, test strategy, or UX design across enterprise solutions. Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security. Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge-sharing. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. Collaborate with development teams to deliver maintainable and efficient solutions. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS BSc/MSc in Engineering, IT, or Design. 5–10+ years of relevant experience in senior or lead roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
