Senior Frontend Software Engineer

You will develop reusable templates and supporting tools with a strong focus on accessibility, semantic HTML, and performance. The work spans both public and internal web channels and includes enabling customization via a content management workflow. Expect close collaboration with designers and developers, high standards of code quality, and navigating the complexity of global systems.

Must-have requirements

• Strong semantic HTML, accessibility, and modern CSS/JS practices.
• Hands-on experience with multiple frameworks/libraries (React, Svelte, Vue) and understanding of their trade-offs.
• Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web optimization.
• Clear understanding of CSR, SSR, and SSG rendering models.
• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP) and performance-safe motion.
• Working knowledge of SEO and accessibility principles.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, release flows; writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
• Experience with common cloud technologies.
• Ability to explain choices, prioritize in fast-moving contexts, and find simple solutions to complex problems.

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience working in complex, global web ecosystems.
• Understanding of large-scale retail IT landscapes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of frontend trends and ability to apply them in a commercial environment.
