SAP IBP Lead

SCOPE

• Solution & Integrations related to SAP IBP SC planning Solutions for Europe
• Integrations between SAP systems as well as integrations of SAP with other surrounding systems, both internal and external systems.
• Support design of new solution & system integrations as well as modifications to existing system integrations.

RESPONSIBILITY

• SAP SC planning single point of contact with Electrolux global technical integration leads in relation to Integration Architecture.
• Close collaboration with SMEs in the identification of business requirements and solution proposal.
• Create/Prepare & Review of PM581 documents before submission for Solution Architect approval, as well as Functional Designs and Interface mappings for system integrations.
• Responsible to plan and coordinate the development and testing of integrations in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Shared responsibility with external responsible in project integration Work Stream to plan and coordinate the development and testing of project integration.
• Secure updated documentation about implemented integrations, both overview documents and detailed functional and technical documents.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge about SC planning processes supported by SAP functionalities.
• Good understanding about functional aspects related to the design, build and test of different systems & its integrations (APO, RTI, CIF, IBP , understanding IBP integration with CI/CPI integration )
• Strong ability to convert business demand into structured requirements.
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written, ability to communicate with functional and technical teams.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient – able to drive activities/project
• Committed and target-oriented – meeting deadlines.
