Lead Business Analyst / Product Specialist Cash Management

We are now looking for a senior Lead Business Analyst / Product Specialist within Corporate Cash Management and payments. In this role, you will strengthen the Product Organisation by bridging business and product needs with development teams on an Epic portfolio level. You will work closely with product owners, agile release trains and development teams to identify, analyse, document and drive business requirements from high-level Epics down to more detailed features.

The role includes coordinating requirements across multiple delivery teams and ensuring alignment between business goals, customer experience and technical implementation. You will contribute to the development of modern corporate cash management solutions, including new cash pool offerings and payment services, in a large-scale, agile environment within the financial sector.

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Specialist within bank/finance

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and/or payment solutions

• Proven experience of working in agile environments with Epics, features and multiple delivery teams

• Ability to document and communicate complex business requirements clearly

• Personal qualities: You are structured, proactive and communicative, with strong coordination skills and the ability to work across organisational boundaries.
