Assignment Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Update internal electrical safety instructions in compliance with legislation and standards (e.g., SS EN 50110-1, SS EN 50191)
• Prepare materials and coordinate meetings, workshops, and activities for the internal electrical safety network
• Provide guidance and respond to electrical safety-related questions
• Support improvement initiatives related to electrical safety
• Integrate electrical safety into policies, processes, and training programs
• Develop the structure, collaboration model, and competence framework for the internal safety network
• Contribute to training sessions and awareness initiatives
• Participate in lessons learned processes following incidents

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Several years of experience in electrical safety within industrial, construction, or installation environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety legislation, standards, and safe work practices
• Experience working with ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions)
• Ability to perform risk assessments, review documentation, and provide clear technical guidance
• Excellent communication skills with a structured, collaborative, and proactive approach
• Fluency in Swedish (mandatory) and English
