We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who loves bringing brands to life in physical environments and creating memorable customer experiences. As a Marketing & Events Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making our stores inviting, engaging, and locally relevant—turning visitors into loyal customers through strong local presence and meaningful interactions.
You’ll work closely with stores, partners, and internal stakeholders, combining creativity with structure and compliance to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do:
- Local Events & Partnerships: Plan, coordinate, and execute local events and community activities. Collaborate with malls and partners, manage outdoor advertising, and participate in events to ensure strong on-site execution.
- Store Experience & Brand Activation: Ensure stores are inviting, on-brand, and well-maintained. Activate loyalty initiatives, manage Google My Business listings, and ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility requirements, and financial disclaimers.
- Content Creation: Produce and adapt local marketing materials such as posters, videos, and social content. Customize central templates to local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Photography: Capture high-quality photos for campaigns, events, stores, and social media.
- Copywriting & Communication: Write clear, engaging copy for local campaigns, social posts, and event communication.
- Social & Web Updates: Publish local updates on social media, keep store pages up to date (opening hours, campaigns), and support basic website maintenance.
- Compliance & Customer Trust: Ensure mandatory financial information and disclaimers are clearly displayed in-store and online, and that documentation is audit-ready.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the brand in face-to-face interactions with customers during events, creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience.
What we’re looking for in our next colleague:
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It's a plus if you also is fluent in finnish.
- Strong skills in photography and written communication.
- Experience in event planning, local marketing, and content creation.
- Social media savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with compliance requirements.
- A collaborative, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work across Sweden and Finland, with willingness to travel when needed.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face setting.
Practical information:
- Start: As soon as possible, by agreement.
- Location: Stockholm, with travel to Helsinki as part of the role.
- Salary: Monthly salary, set individually based on experience.
- Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period.
- Extent: Full-time (38.5 hours per week).
