Controller - Lund

We are looking for a Controller on behalf of our client in Lund.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Factory Performance: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing KPIs (including costs, plant results, and hourly rates) for both actuals and budgets, and suggest improvement measures.

-Product Costing: Determine actual product costs and carry out variance analyses, providing suggestions for enhancements.

-Systems & Tools: Act as a key user of SAP, proficient in Excel, and skilled in using BI tools.

-Controlling Tasks:

• Oversee and coordinate production controlling tasks (monthly financial close, cost monitoring, timely accruals, etc.)

• Supervise monthly inventory verification activities

• Assess and guide investment expenditure for actuals, forecasts, and budgets

• Develop business cases for investments and track actual expenditures/results versus the business case

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance regulations and support internal control processes

• Guarantee compliance with local legal and tax obligations.

Requirements:

• SAP experience

• Experience using a BI tool

• Experience as a Production Controller

• Strong knowledge of financial controlling and finance

• Experience with monthly closing

• Strong skills in Excel

• Experience with investment spending and investment follow-up

• Knowledge of compliance (including: internal controls, corporate governance and, legal and tax requirements)
