Assignment Description

We are looking for a System Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop, maintain, and improve governing documents, guidelines, and process descriptions for the EE platform
• Ensure documentation is structured, version-controlled, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Translate technical requirements, architecture, and workflows into clear and usable documentation
• Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, updates, compliance, and continuous improvement)
• Collaborate with R&D teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners
• Support harmonization of processes and documentation across domains
• Ensure traceability, quality, and consistency in all technical documentation

What You Bring

• Experience working with documentation governance, requirements documentation, or process frameworks in complex technical environments
• Background from large organizations with structured development processes and defined ways of working
• Good understanding of embedded systems, automotive electronics, or software-centric systems
• Strong ability to structure, review, and ensure quality in technical documentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to understand complex systems and ensure clarity and traceability in documentation
