Job Summary

Are you passionate about quality, and continuous improvement of products? Then, the position of Quality Assurance Engineer is the next step for you. Quality Process Team within PS ISC works together with Development & Technology Industrial Base Engineering (D&T IBE), regions and converting factories to support Quality Assurance activities.

In this position, you will drive quality activities by defining, maintaining and improving on the operational priorities in line with strategy. You will actively work on tasks, activities and projects linked to Quality Maintenance Pillar.

You will be based in Lund, Sweden and report to the Manager, Quality Process PS ISC.

Please note that this is a temporary role, ending at the end of 2026.

What you will do

• Responsible for QDA master data and other functions in the software
• Lead/ Initiate/ Participate projects or activities linked to Quality Control and QDA areas
• Support Global IM during knowledge transition for ticket management and provide documents and procedures
• Interact with region and factories to capture needs/ suggestions on Quality Control and QDA areas
• Review process center flows and adopts all needs into the system
• Deliver QDA training and secure training materials in place
• Participate/ Lead Business Expert and G030 Global Frequency networks
• Develop Reports in collaboration with the Converting factories
• Develop Templates needed for certificates
• Problem solving in the QDA tool
• Supporting regions and local process organizations to solve system issues, driving continuous improvement (in particular through data and technology) and defining material requirements

We believe you have

Driving change and improvement will be highly motivating to you. You are a great communicator that enjoys collaboration and can manage stakeholders/networks across geographies and organizational boundaries. Due to the nature of the role and its duties, we believe you have a background in working with Quality in a factory environment.

Additionally, you have:

• Engineering degree and minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Management systems, Quality improvement and Quality assurance.
• Good understanding on Quality Processes, Quality Assurance, Issue Resolution, Quality Improvement tools is an advantage.
• Excellent English skills, written as well as spoken.
• Good knowledge of SAP BO/BI, advanced Excel, Power BI and other related manufacturing systems.
