Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join a product development environment with a strong focus on design quality, functionality, and manufacturability.

What You Will Work On

• Develop industrial design concepts from idea to final product
• Create 3D models and CAD designs using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams
• Translate user needs, functional requirements, and technical constraints into design solutions
• Produce visualizations, sketches, and presentations to communicate design intent
• Ensure design feasibility considering materials, manufacturing processes, and cost constraints
• Participate in iterative design reviews and refinement cycles
• Contribute to improving product usability, aesthetics, and user experience
• Support concept validation through prototypes and visualization work
• Maintain strong focus on design quality and production readiness

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Designer
• Experience from automotive or transportation industry is highly preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product development and industrial design work
• Experience working across the full design lifecycle
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD tools such as Alias or Rhino
• Strong understanding of form, function, and user experience
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and material limitations
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly through sketches and visuals
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and product quality
• Experience in rendering and visualization is a plus
• Creative, solution-oriented, and business-minded design approach
