Internal Control Specialist

You will play an important role in strengthening how financial reporting risks are assessed and managed across operational units in a region or country. The assignment focuses on building and maintaining a high-quality system of internal control that supports consistent, reliable reporting and aligns local operations with group-wide standards.

In this role, you will work close to multiple business units and help create a structured, coordinated approach to internal control. You will combine hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration, making sure control activities are designed well, implemented effectively, and maintained over time. It is a great opportunity if you want to influence how internal control is shaped in an international setting with broad operational reach.

• You will facilitate assessments of financial reporting risks across operational units in the assigned geographic area.
• You will coordinate activities to design, implement, and maintain a high-quality system of internal control.
• You will support regional and local units in aligning internal control work with group standards.
• You will help create a consistent approach to internal control across multiple units within a region or country.
• You will work to ensure that internal control activities remain effective, structured, and sustainable over time.

• Ability to facilitate assessments of financial reporting risks.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining systems of internal control.
• Ability to coordinate internal control activities across multiple operational units.
• Strong understanding of how internal control supports high-quality financial reporting.
• Ability to work in line with group standards and create consistency across regional or country-level operations.
