- Coordinates and monitors orders and deliveries through contacts with suppliers, customers, internal departments, transport companies, freight forwarders and others.
- Assist with travel arrangements, visas, meetings, and business receptions for executives and employees;
- Prepare, translate, and organize documents in both Chinese and English, including notices, reports, contracts, and internal communications;
- Support the organization of internal meetings, trainings, and employee events; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
- Provide administrative support related to HR matters in the Nordic region, such as onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and basic HR coordination;
- Perform other administrative and general support tasks as assigned by management.
