Specialist Integration Lead

If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.  We are expanding our Integration Lead group and are now looking for an experienced Specialist Integration Lead to join our Integration & Verification team within Volvo Buses.  What you will do as an Integration Lead:  * Align development, testing and project content between different work streams and projects  * Oversee software deliveries, ensuring updated requirements, implemented fixes and completed verification activities  * Coordinate activities and work with development and verification flows and provide input to development prioritization  * Influence and develop cross-team ways of working, and lead continuous improvement in the integration and verification area   * Develop new software release process within the company  With whom:  * You will collaborate with many roles across a large, complex organization  * Your main interfaces will be team leaders, system owners and project managers  * You will work in a smaller group together with two other Integration Leads  Who we are looking for:  * You have a strong background and experience in software integration and release area  * You are an effective communicator and can explain your viewpoints to people with different technical and non-technical backgrounds  * You enjoy working in a team, but you are also comfortable working independently when needed  * You have a structured mindset, and you like to clarify and explain complex topics to others  What you will get:  * You will be part of a dynamic, diverse and dedicated team with extensive experience in Volvo Buses product development  * You will work in a team that shares knowledge and engages in continuous improvements on a daily basis  * A workplace where people support each other and understand the importance of having fun at work  * An agile way of working, with three sprints in a 10-week planning period  * The possibility to grow by bringing your own ideas and viewpoints to the team so that, together, we build the best release process for Buses  As one of the current Integration Leads said: “To work as integration lead at Volvo buses is to work in a dynamic environment, with great colleagues and atmosphere.
