Are you the kind of person who loves making things run smoothly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and gets a kick out of seeing players react to the experiences you helped bring to life? Do you enjoy football games and want to shape the live experience players enjoy every single day?

We’re looking for a Live-Ops Specialist who combines structure with energy - someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited to drive live content across our platforms and community. You’ll be right at the heart of how our players engage with the game, from storefronts to in-game events to community sentiment and insights.

If you want to make an impact, stay close to the community, and help power the content heartbeat of our football game, this is the role for you.

Drive our Live ops events:

• Build and release weekly & monthly challenges, swaps, player packs, and tournaments inside the game.

• Maintain crystal-clear release calendars and keep everyone aligned and on schedule.

• Perform QA checks before and after publishing to make sure live content hits players exactly as intended.

• Tune content for both newcomers and seasoned veterans (your football-game experience matters here!).

• Sync live updates with patch notes, themed events, and content calendars.

Master our storefronts:

• Own the accuracy and timing of our pages across Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Console, including Game Pass and PS Plus placements.

Stay close to the community:

• Use Discord and other community tools to gather real-time intel and player sentiment.

• Help shape communication around live ops, patch notes, and updates across social and Discord.

Keep us organized and improving:

• Document processes, best practices, and workflows so the team can scale smoothly.

• Report on monthly and quarterly results across relevant metrics.

• 3 years of experience working with live ops in gaming.

• Excellent organizational skills with experience in Jira or similar tools.

• Spent many hours playing football games and loving it.

• Knowledge of live ops metrics like retention, engagement, monetization, reactivation, etc.

• Familiarity with live ops mechanics and their impact on KPI.

• Experience in working with console storefronts and app stores

The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
