Assignment Description

We are looking for an Interim QC Lab Manager

What You Will Work On

• Leading and managing daily operations in the GMP laboratory
• Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards
• Overseeing routine analyses as well as validation and verification of analytical methods
• Managing and developing laboratory staff, including performance and salary reviews
• Acting as the GMP laboratory representative in internal and external contexts
• Supporting continuous improvement of laboratory processes and quality practices

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or natural sciences
• Solid experience in quality work within a GMP-regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with validation and verification of analytical methods, preferably under GMP
• Leadership experience, ideally with formal personnel responsibility
• Strong ability to work independently with a structured and organized approach
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
