Strategy & BI manager

Your role As Strategy & Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a high-performing team within business intelligence, strategic planning and business transformation. Your focus is to translate strategy and data into actionable insights that create measurable value and support both operational excellence and long-term success. You manage specialists within BI, business analysis and strategic initiatives, working with decision-support tools, dashboards and complex change initiatives. You collaborate closely with managers and stakeholders within Production Järfälla, Surveillance business units and Fighter Core Capabilities. Your key responsibilities include: * Leading and developing the Strategy & BI team * Translating strategies into clear targets and actionable roadmaps * Driving and coordinating strategic initiatives and change * Partnering with Industrialization to integrate technology, digital solutions and data * Overall responsibility for results within your area, including quality, delivery, efficiency and finance * Driving continuous improvement and leading according to Saab's values Your profile We are looking for a confident leader with strong strategic capability and the ability to translate strategy into results. You have a structured mindset, solid business understanding and lead change together with your team. * Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education or experience * Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution * Strong business understanding and customer focus * Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and challenge teams * Strong communication skills * Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection.
