Resolution Games is a leading games studio with deep roots in XR, known for creating immersive experiences that push the boundaries of how and where people play. Today, we have a growing portfolio of games across XR, mobile, PC, and console platforms.

As our portfolio and audiences expand, we are strengthening how our titles are positioned, launched, and sustained in competitive global markets. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead this work.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketing leader who can set direction, build structure, and personally drive high-quality campaigns across a multi-platform portfolio of games.

About the role

As Head of Marketing, you will own the global marketing strategy and execution across all game titles and the studio brand. You will be responsible for how our games are brought to market across platforms, with a strong emphasis on store presence, discoverability, and long-term performance.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team across brand, PR, social, video, and community, while staying close to campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking. You will work closely with publishing, product, creative, analytics, and business teams to ensure marketing delivers both creative impact and commercial results.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the global marketing strategy across the studio brand and all game titles

  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for launches, updates, and live titles

  • Drive store presence, visibility, and discoverability across XR, PC, and console platforms

  • Set marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting structures

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team

  • Own the marketing budget and align spend with business outcomes

  • Represent marketing in cross-functional and leadership-level planning

Requirements
  • Senior marketing leadership experience within the games industry

  • Strong experience marketing games with hands-on responsibility for store presence and performance across digital storefronts

  • Proven ability to launch and grow game titles through structured, creative campaigns

  • Solid understanding of store ecosystems, platform dynamics, and live operations

  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally at senior level

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
