We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join Assmåsa Vineyard for the 2026 growing season.

About Us

Assmåsa Vineyard, founded by the Wikholm family in 2018/2019, is located in the scenic countryside near Snogeholmssjön, between Sjöbo and Ystad. The vineyard currently has 22,000 vines and continues to expand. Together with Flädie Vineyard, acquired in 2020, we operate over 31,000 vines and are committed to producing high-quality wines.

About the Role

We are hiring a vineyard worker and tractor operator to support daily operations. You will work closely with the vineyard manager and a small, dedicated team across a variety of tasks.

Work will primarily take place outdoors in the vineyard.

Previous vineyard experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Seasonal vineyard tasks such as pruning, shoot thinning, canopy management, and harvesting
• Tractor operation and vineyard maintenance (for tractorist role)

Requirements

• Good physical condition – the work is physically demanding
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Experience with outdoor manual work or machinery operation is a plus
• Driving license (B) is an advantage

Employment Terms

• Seasonal employment with potential extension
• Applicants should live within commuting distance or arrange accommodation during the season
• Working hours: daytime, occasional weekend work may occur
