You will help make engineering and CI/CD data visible, reliable, and useful in a fast-moving automotive environment where infotainment and connected car technology continue to evolve. Working within the software factory for infotainment, you will be part of a team that turns raw data from pipelines, environments, and products into insights that support smoother software development and continuous integration.

You will join a team focused on building and maintaining a data product that gives engineering teams better visibility into how software is built, tested, and delivered. The assignment suits you if you enjoy combining data engineering, observability, and product thinking in a technically advanced setting where your work has clear impact.

• You develop, maintain, and optimize the ConX engineering data product.
• You build scalable and reliable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of engineering and CI/CD data.
• You help define canonical data models and metric definitions together with senior engineers and architects.
• You contribute to the design and implementation of both event-driven and batch-based data workflows.
• You ensure strong data quality, accuracy, and observability across data processing pipelines.
• You apply data governance policies, access controls, and security best practices in daily development.
• You create self-service datasets and analytical layers that enable engineering teams and stakeholders to work more effectively.
• You collaborate with CI/CD, platform, and product teams to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions.
• You monitor pipeline performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, with exposure to data-intensive systems.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines using Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Experience with modern data platforms, data modeling, and building data transformation layers.
• Experience working with CI/CD, observability, or engineering data sources such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Grafana, ELK, or Git.
• Solid understanding of distributed processing frameworks, data storage formats, and event-driven or streaming architectures.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and turn data requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience from similar organizations or large-scale automotive environments.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containerized environments.
