Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and development teams to refine solutions
• Monitor and ensure requirements fulfilment throughout delivery
• Support development teams during implementation
• Analyze and adapt existing solutions to evolving business needs
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
• Contribute to improving ways of working (WoW) and requirement management processes
• Work within a DevOps environment focused on microservices and connectivity

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar tools
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
