Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team with an immediate start.

What you will work on:

• Configure, develop, and enhance core functionality across multiple Dynamics 365 platforms, with a strong focus on Customer Service applications
• Implement functional improvements and extend platform capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform components
• Design and configure workflows and automation to support efficient case and service management
• Work with Copilot functionality to improve productivity and user experience within Dynamics 365
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 environments and the broader system landscape
• Develop integrations primarily using Azure services and . NET-based solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions
• Support continuous improvement of Dynamics solutions and ways of working

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, preferably within Customer Service or similar modules
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• Experience working with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, etc.)
• Solid understanding of workflow configuration and process automation
• Experience building integrations using Azure services and .NET technologies
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliveries
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
