Are you looking for a role where your analytical skills and focus on excellence contribute directly to success? Chubb, a global market leader in commercial insurance, is looking for a dedicated Insurance Case Handler to join their Operations team in Madrid.
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of complex insurance cases and processes. You will ensure that every step is efficient, precise, and of high quality.
Your Mission as Case Handler & Quality Manager
As a central pillar within Underwriting Operations, you are the guarantor that quality standards are met and that business-critical processes are managed:
- Case Handling & Administration: You are responsible for the end-to-end management of offline insurance business. This includes correctly booking premiums, creating essential contract documentation within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing Policy Workflows.
Quality & Compliance: You ensure data quality and guarantee, through precise entries, adherence to Chubb's strict standards (e.g., GDPR). You lead the central processes for Operations QA (Quality Assurance) and reporting to secure operational excellence.
Problem-Solving & Improvement: You are the contact person for broker inquiries regarding ongoing cases and handle the resolution of Credit Control issues. Through Root-Cause Analysis, you identify weaknesses and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Operations processes.
Project Support: You act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting the development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new business tools, thereby actively driving change.

- Analytical Strength: A process- and results-oriented mindset, along with strong analytical skills, is essential to efficiently resolve cases and prevent errors.
- Language Skills: You communicate confidently and fluently in Swedish, Finnish and English.
- Expertise & Tools: Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel. Prior experience in an Underwriting Support or insurance environment is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: You possess a strong customer focus, compelling communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to deliver excellent results both independently and as part of a team.
